  • Age Relaxation as per HPSC Food Safety Officer (FSO) Recruitment Rules.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Doctorate Degree from a recognized University or Institution in any of the following disciplines:
  • Food Technology: Food Engineering, Food Processing & Preservation, Food Technology & Management, Food Biotechnology, Food Safety & Quality Management, or a related subject.
  • Technology / Agricultural Sciences: Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Oil Technology, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries, Food Nutrition & Dietetics, Horticulture, or a related subject.
  • Science / Medical Sciences: Veterinary Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Medicine, MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, BAMS, or BSRMS.
  • Language Requirement: Hindi or Sanskrit must have been studied as a subject at the Matriculation (Class 10th) level , OR Hindi must have been studied as a subject at the Higher Education level .
  • Mandatory Training: The candidate must successfully complete the training prescribed by the Food Authority after appointment.
