Eligibility & Age Limit
Candidates must meet the following criteria as of 01 August 2025:
- Minimum Age: 40 Years
- Maximum Age: 55 Years
Age relaxation will be applicable as per the BPSC Deputy Director Recruitment Rules.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a science faculty from a recognized institution, OR Bachelor's (Fire Engineering) degree, OR an Engineering Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automobile subject.
- AND must have passed the Divisional Officer Course from the National Fire College, Nagpur, OR completed the prescribed training for senior supervisory officers of a minimum of three months duration from other institutions recognized by the Central Government.
- Work experience of at least 12 years in the fire fighting area, including a minimum of two years of work experience in a senior supervisory equivalent post.
